# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TTK Shop. We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

## Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

**Free standard shipping** on orders over $75 (domestic).

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

## International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note:
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- You are responsible for any **customs duties, taxes, or import fees** imposed by your country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

## Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within **7 days** of expected delivery
2. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve
3. If confirmed lost or damaged, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

## Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.

## Order Changes

Address or order changes must be requested within **2 hours** of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

## Holidays & Delays

Shipping times may be longer during peak periods (holidays, sales events) and severe weather. We'll do our best to keep you informed.
